Acceptable payment methods are any major credit card, Google Pay & Apple Pay. Unfortunately, I no longer accept PayPal. I have just had way too many issues with them. Payments are processed through the trusted Shopify platform.
For orders up to $800 you may now pay over 4 monthly payment with Slice. No credit check required! Absolutely no interest if paid on time! No additional fees! You just put down 25% today & then pay that same amount once a month for 3 more months after. Please note: This is a separate company, a separate service provider than Haus of Syn. If you have any issues you must contact Slice directly. I do not process these payments. They take care of literally everything. If you have an issue I will not be able to assist in any capacity.

Please allow up to 2-3 business days for product to ship. Continental US buyers will receive free priority shipping which generally takes 2-3 business days. Buyers outside of the continental US will receive a flat rate $15 air mail service. This generally takes 7-14 days. The flat rate of $15 applies to any order size. Order as much as you want & you will only pay $15!
These are max time frames. I will always try to ship as soon as humanely possible when an order is placed.
If an item arrives damaged because of the postal service you must contact the postal service and file a claim. If you need anything to accomplish this that I can provide for you, such as a copy of receipt of payment, please email me at . I will be happy to assist however I can on these matters.
Some countries do not allow perfume to be shipped. Please be aware of your countries shipping restrictions prior to ordering
I do not offer returns. I am willing to exchange a product if you need a different size within 7 days of the customer receiving the product. The delivery date will be reflective of the delivery date shown in the information provided by the USPS tracking information. Please contact me by sending an email through the contact section of the website if you need to do a size exchange. Exchanges are subject to additional shipping costs to the buyer. The buyer must ship the product back at their own cost. The new item will be shipped to the customer free of charge. If the product returned has been worn, damaged, or in any way questionable then no new item will be given. The original item will be sent back instead.
PERFUME CANNOT BE RETURNED. It is a hygiene issue. If perfume arrives broken please see the shipping section above.
